Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Lily Blanche packaging, ensuring the return slip is included inside the parcel.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
